Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is a partnership between the Province of Alberta and municipal governments. Under FCSS, communities design and deliver programs to promote the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. These programs depend on community resources, often involving volunteers in both their management and delivery.
Heritage Handibus (403) 647-3773
This service is operated by the Heritage Handibus Society. The bus makes regular trips to Lethbridge once a week (First Thursday of the Month than Friday thereafter) and can be booked by calling the Town Administration. The cost is $20.00 per person for the regular Lethbridge trip. Every Tuesday they provide round trips from the Village of Coutts, Town of Milk River and the Village of Warner to various business within the three communities for $9. The bus can be booked for other functions as well. Please call for private function pricing.
The Milk River RCMP Detachment provides high quality, local policing service to the community of Milk River and surrounding areas.

The Ridge Country Housing Authority operates low cost housing in the community, as well as the Prairie Rose Seniors Lodge.
